How can we help you?

When placing text in a table, each paragraph is placed in a separate cell. The table is filled with paragraphs from left to right, top to bottom.

You can manually specify the number of columns in the table. The number of rows is determined automatically by the number of paragraphs in the text.

To convert text to a table, follow these steps:

1.Separate each piece of text to be inserted into a separate cell with a paragraph symbol.

2.Select all the text you want to insert into the table.

3.On the Insert tab, click t_insert_table Table.

4.Select the number of columns you want the table to contain and left click.

When working in macOS, you can quickly convert selected text into a three-column table. To do this, run the Insert > Table command from the command menu.
