Application: Text Home Edition macOS
The height of the shape can be adjusted to the text located in it.
To do this, follow these steps:
1.Select the shape.
2.On the Home tab, in the Shape group, click 
Autofit.
To cancel the shape fitting to the text, follow these steps again.
