By default, when you create a table, cells have no color. In the Toolbar, the color change button displays a color in which the user can quickly color a font without having to select it from the palette:

User-created "p_xo_text">Do add a background color, do the following:

1.Select the desired cell or a range of cells.

2.Select the fill color of the cells in one of the following ways:

Click button_fill_colour Fill color on the Toolbar to select the last used color or the default color.

Click the arrow to the right of the editor_cell_fill_blank_icon Fill color button on the Toolbar and select a color from the palette.

In the Command menu, select Format > Color > Fill color.

If the cell where the cursor is placed is highlighted in color, the current color of the text selection in the color palette window is checked. The upper part of the palette displays the last used colors. At the bottom of the palette window, custom colors created earlier are displayed.

To set your own color, do the following:

1.Click К_Другие цвета at the bottom of the palette.

2.Adjust the color settings in the window that appears: enter the HEX code of the color or choose it yourself:

The color tone is selected on a horizontal scale. Left-click the color scale or hold down the left mouse button on the scale and move the cursor.

The color shade is selected with the marker. Left-click the color field or hold down the left mouse button and move the marker.

3.Click OK to apply the selected color fill, or Cancel to leave without changes.

Once created, the color can be found in the More colors section.

To remove the cell fill, do the following:

1.Select the desired cell or a range of cells.

2.Open the fill color palette in one of the following ways:

Сlick the arrow to the right of the editor_cell_fill_blank_icon Fill color button on the Toolbar.

In the Command menu, select Format > Color > Fill color.

3.In the palette that opens, click No color.
