To create a file out of the template, do one of the following:
•Right-click the template line in the workspace of MyOffice Documents file storage. Select from the shortcut menu.
•Open the template in MyOffice Spreadsheet. In the Command menu, select >.
The file with the same name as the template will be opened in a new tab of the web browser.
A document created using the Command menu of MyOffice Spreadsheet is automatically saved in the same folder as the file out of which it was created.
The document created with MyOffice Documents is automatically saved in the current folder in the file storage.
