You can insert a link into the document. The inserted link can be edited and copied.
To insert a link into a document, do the following: 1.Select the cell in which you want to insert the link. Or in the cell edit mode, select the text to be displayed as a link. If you select a filled cell, the entire contents of the cell will be displayed as a link. 2.Insert the link in one of the ways: •In the Command menu, select > . •Click on the Toolbar. If the window size does not allow to display the whole Toolbar, the command will be available by clicking on the Toolbar. •Right-click the selected cell and select in the context menu. 3.In the field, enter the text that will be displayed as a link. The selected cell content will be automatically substituted in the field. 4.In the field, enter the text that will be displayed instead of the link URL. 5.Click to insert a link, or to cancel the input. The text of the inserted link will have default formatting. Change the formatting if necessary. When you add a link to the selected text piece that already contains a link or part of a link:
•The window of editing an existing link will open, if the selection starts with a link. •A new link will be added to the selected piece if the selection starts with plain text. For a link to be active, enter its URL along with the protocol. For example: •http://website.ru •https://website.ru •ftp://192.100.0.0 Inserting a link is not possible if part of the date is selected in the cell.

Also, the link can be added to the cell directly, without calling the insert window. Do do this, proceed as follows: 1.Enter the edit mode of the cell in which you want to insert the link. 2.Enter the URL of the link. 3.Press or ( ).
MyOffice Spreadsheet automatically recognizes and makes active links of the following types: www.website.ru or user.name@domain.ru. There is no need to enter protocols for them. |

The entered URL and the text for the link can be changed at any time. Do do this, proceed as follows: 1.Open the link change window in one of the following ways: •In the cell editing mode, hover the cursor over the link or click it with the left mouse button. In the pop-up window, click . •In cell editing mode, right-click the link and select in the context menu. •Place the cursor on the link text and click on the Toolbar. If the window size does not allow to display the whole Toolbar, the command will be available by clicking the button on the Toolbar. 2.Make changes in the window that opens and save them. |
To copy the link to the clipboard, use one of the following methods: •Hold the cursor over the link or click it with the left mouse button. In the pop-up window, click . •In cell editing mode, right-click the link and select in the context menu. There is no link copy function in document view mode. |
To go to the link inserted into the file, do one of the following: •Hold the cursor over the link or click on it with the left mouse button. Click the link address in the pop‑up window. •Right-click the link and select in the context menu. •Click the link while holding down the ( ) key. |
