Undo and redo

You can undo the last action performed on the content of a document.

To do this, use one of the following methods:

•In the Command menu, select Edit > Undo.

•On the Toolbar, in Edit section, click  Undo.

•Press Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace.

To undo several recent actions, run the undo command several times.

The undone action can be redone if necessary.

To do this, use one of the following methods:

•In the Command menu, select Edit > Redo.

•On the Toolbar, in Edit section, click  Redo.

•Press Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z, or Shift+Alt+Backspace.

To redo the last few undone actions, run the redo command several times.
