You can add the following content to a shape:

•Text

•Link (by entering the URL address manually or inserting it from the clipboard).

Adding and changing the content of a shape is performed in the shape editing mode. To enter the shape editing mode, double-click on the shape with the left mouse button

In the current version of the application, it is impossible to add or edit text in rotated shapes.
