Screen elements

The Command menu of MyOffice Spreadsheet contains the menus reflecting the core features of the application:

•File

•Edit

•Insert

•Format

•Table

•Data

•Tools

•View

•Subscription

•Help

Click one of the menus to expand a list of commands it carries.

For fast command running, use one of the following methods:

•Press the relevant keyboard shortcut indicated to the right of the menu command.

•Use the Quick actions box.

The Toolbar contains tools for working with spreadsheet content. You can change the way the Toolbar is displayed.

The Range field displays the address or name of the selected cell/range of cells, as well as to create new names.

The Formula bar is a toolbar where you can enter or edit data and formulas.

The workspace is an active area of the sheet within which user performs its actions. If needed, the boundaries of the workspace can be expanded.

Sheet tabs allow for quick navigation between spreadsheet sheets.

The Sidebar contains the following expand/collapse buttons:

 Find and Replace: Open the find and replace pane.

 Insert Function: Open the Insert function pane.

 Pivot Table: Open the pivot table settings pane. The button is displayed if a user selects an element of the pivot table.

 Macros: Open the macros pane. The button is displayed if the file contains at least one macro.

 Name Manager: Open the Name Manager.

 Smart Table: Open the smart table customization pane. The button is displayed if a smart table element or the entire smart table is selected in the document.

 All Validations: Open the pane for working with cells containing data validation.

Recovered Files: Open the document backups pane. The button is displayed if there is at least one unsaved copy.

 Feedback: Send feedback on the application.

The Status bar displays the following elements:

•Icon of the selected mode of formulas recalculation.

•Automatic calculation values.

•Tools to zoom in or out the current sheet.
