Zoom tools allow to modify the size of the slide displayed on the screen.
Zoom tools include:
• button
•Zoom value input field
•List of fixed zoom values
•Zoom slider
You can also use keyboard shortcuts to adjust the zoom:
•+ ( +): Set the scale to 100%.
•and ( and ) or + ( +): Zoom in by 10% or to the nearest value multiple of 10.
• and ( and ): Zoom out by 10% or to the nearest value multiple of 10.
To display the slide in the full width of the presentation workspace, click in the lower right corner of the application window. When you change the size of the application window, the slide scale will change automatically. |
The field in the lower right corner of the application window displays the scale of the current slide. Users can change the slide display scale by entering any value into this field. To enter the zoom value, follow these steps: 1.Left-click the current zoom value. The field will go into edit mode. 2.Enter the new zoom value and press(). |
In the list of fixed zoom values, you can select one of the preset zoom values. To change the zoom value, proceed with the following: 1.Click in the lower right corner of the application window to the right of the field with the current zoom value. Or in the Command menu, select > . 2.Select the desired necessary option from the list: •One of the preset zoom values. • Display the slide to the full width of the presentation workspace. • or Increase or decrease the scale by 10% or to the nearest multiple of ten, if the original value is not a multiple of ten. |
You can find the zoom ruler in the bottom right corner of the application window to adjust the display scale of the presentation slide: To zoom in, move the slider to the right or click the button to the right of the ruler. To zoom out, move the slider to the left or click to the left of the ruler. If you click the button, one click increases or decreases the scale by 10%, or to the nearest multiple of ten, if the original value is not a multiple of ten. To set the scale to 100%, move the slider to the mark in the middle of the slider or left-click the mark. |
