If multiple elements are selected on the slide, the commands you execute are applied:

To all selected elements: If the command refers to the properties of each element from the selected elements. For example: If a shape, an image, and a table are selected on a slide, clicking the shape_fill Cell background color button will apply the fill settings to each selected element.

To one element from the selected elements: If the command refers to the properties of one element. For example: If a line, a shape, and a table are selected on the slide, clicking the к_встрсв Insert row above button will add a row to the selected table only.

The following limitations apply to the current version of MyOffice Presentation:

When you select multiple elements that include a table, you cannot specify the exact size of cells in the table, merge cells, or delete individual columns or rows.

You cannot enter text from the keyboard into multiple selected elements simultaneously.

Common tools for working with multiple selected elements are located in the Control bar:

shape_fill Fill "f_xo_text"> Fill a shape, table cells, image with color or image.

button_shape_border Shape outline: Define the line style; define the color, type and thickness of the outer borders of the table, shape outline and image.

delete_shape Delete selected objects: The button changes its appearance depending on the type of elements selected on the slide. It is designed to delete all the selected elements at the same time.

You can perform the following actions with all selected elements at the same time:

Move.

Resize.

Change the position.

Copy, cut and paste.

To do this, perform the corresponding actions for any element from the selected ones.

To sequentially edit and format the content of each element in the selection, move between elements using the , , and keyboard keys by holding the Ctrl (command Cmd) key pressed. Moving between elements is performed from left to right, top to bottom. The overall selection of elements is automatically reset.
