To create a meeting with one group of contacts, do the following:
1.Select the address book in the Navigation bar.
2.Select the desired group in the workspace.
3.Click the Create event button located on the toolbar of the Reading pane.
To create a meeting with several groups of contacts, do the following:
1.Select the address book in the Navigation bar.
2.Select the desired groups in the workspace by clicking on their avatars with the left mouse button.
3.Click the Create event button in the Reading pane.
As a result of performing both of the above procedures, Calendar application opens in a new tab of the web browser with an open window for creating an event, in which the contact groups selected in MyOffice Contacts application will already be indicated as participants.
