Actions with elements

On the Toolbar

•Lock: Keep the selected tool active after drawing.

Click on the lock icon after selecting the desired tool if you plan to use it several times in a row.

•Hand: Used to move the whiteboard.

Click on the hand icon, hold down the left mouse button and drag the cursor in any direction.

•Selection: Select the desired elements.

Click the arrow icon, hold down the left mouse button and select the desired elements. An additional Group action will be available in the properties pane. Use it to move, resize, duplicate, or delete a group of elements. You can ungroup a grouped element at any time by selecting it and clicking Ungroup in the properties pane.

•Eraser: Clear the elements.

Click on the eraser icon and swipe over the elements while holding down the left mouse button.

•More tools:

oFrame: Place elements in one area to move or delete.

oWeb Embed: Create a link.

•Laser pointer: Used to highlight an element or point at it.

In the workspace

1.Undo or redo the action.

To undo or redo an action, use the buttons at the bottom left of the screen. Click the left arrow to undo the action, and the right arrow to redo the canceled action.

2.Change the scale of the whiteboard.

To change the scale of the board, hold down the Ctrl key and move the mouse wheel or use the buttons. Click on the plus to zoom in on the whiteboard and on the minus to zoom out on the whiteboard.

3.Scroll back to content.

Click Scroll back to content to navigate to the first created object on the whiteboard.
