To cancel entering a comment, click the mouse in the workspace outside of it. The comment is always accompanied by the author's avatar. Only the author of the comment can move it around the whiteboard. To do this, do the following: 1.Hold the cursor over the comment. 2.Hold down the left mouse button. 3.Move the comment to any place on the whiteboard.

Open a comment for preview To open a comment in preview mode, hold the cursor over the comment. The following information will be displayed on the preview: •Avatars of users participating in the comment thread. •First and last name of the comment author. •Date when the comment was posted on the whiteboard. •One-line comment content. •Number of responses.
View the comment To open a comment, left-click it. To close a comment, click the
