Command menu

The Command menu includes the following menus:

•File

•View

The File menu contains the basic commands for working with a document:

•Create: Expands the list of applications to create files: Text, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Board.

•Recents: Expands the list of previously created board files.

•Upload and Open: Allows to upload and open a file from the user's device.

•Share: Allows to grant access to the file to other users.

•Share a link: Creates a link to a file.

•Send by Email: Allows to send the file by email as an attachment (if the email program is set up).

•Rename: Allows to change the name of the current file.

•Create a Сopy: Allows to create a copy of the current file.

•Download: Allows to download a file to the user's device or an external storage medium.

•Info: Opens a properties pane of the internal format file the user is working on.

•Close: Close the current file.

The View button allows to hide or show comments, depending on the currently set mode. By default, the board is in the Show comments mode.
