To create a copy of the file opened in the application, do the following:
1.In the Command menu, click File > Create a Сopy.
2.Enter the name of the file copy in Name field. By default, a copy is assigned the name of the current file with the prefix "Copy" at the beginning of the name.
3.The Destination folder field displays the path to the folder where a copy of the file will be created. To select another folder, click Edit and select another folder. Create a new folder if necessary:
•Select a folder from the list to create a new folder and click Create new folder.
•Enter the name of the new folder and click OK. The created folder will be displayed as a sub-folder in the specified folder.
4.Click OK.
The file copy can also be created using MyOffice Files application.
A copy of the file will be created in the specified folder. The created file will open in the current browser tab, and the initially opened file will be closed.
