New rows can be inserted above or below the specified row.
To insert new rows, do the following:
1.Select the row above or below which you want to insert a new row. If you want to insert multiple rows, select as many rows as you want to insert in the table. For example, if you want to insert two rows, select two rows. To execute the command, you can select rows as a whole, as well as individual cells or cell ranges.
2.Insert the rows in one of the following ways:
•In the Command menu, select Format > Table > Insert Row Above / Insert Row Below.
•On the Toolbar, select the Table section, click the Insert cell, column or row drop-down menu button and select
Insert Row Above or
Insert Row Below.
•Right-click on any place in the selected range and click Insert Row Above / Insert Row Below in the shortcut menu.
•Press Alt+A to insert row above or Alt+B to insert row below.
To quickly add a row below the desired row, do the following:
1.Select any cell in this row.
2.Press Enter.
