To add or edit content in a table cell, follow these steps:

1.Enter cell editing mode in one of the following ways:

To enter content in an empty cell, select the cell with a single or double-click.

To edit content in a cell, select the cell with a double-click.

To overwrite content in a cell, select the cell with a single click.

2.Enter or edit the content in the cell.

3.To exit cell editing mode, click anywhere in the document outside the table.

When typing text and numbers into a cell, its width remains the same, data are transferred to the next line inside the current cell, and the cell height can be automatically increased.

When you insert an image into a table, the image is automatically scaled to the column width, and the cell height can be increased to contain the image.

You can move between the cells of the table by pressing the ←, ↑, ↓, → keys on the keyboard.
