When work on a document, you can highlight certain text fragments in different colors (marker style) to make them more visible against the background of the rest of the document content.

To highlight text in cells, do the following:

1.Specify the desired text:

To color the entire text located in a cell, select the cell.

To color a piece of text located in a cell, switch to edit cell mode and select that piece of text.

To color a single word, switch to edit cell mode and place the cursor on that word or select the entire word.

2.On the Toolbar, select the Font section and click the arrow to the right of the editor_highlight_color_icon_no_color Highlight Color button.

3.Select the desired highlight color from the opened palette. The four recently used colors are displayed above the palette.

To quickly apply the most recently selected highlight color, do the following:

1.Select the desired text as described above.

2.On the Toolbar, select the Font section and click editor_highlight_color_icon_no_color Highlight Color.

To remove the highlighting, do the following:

1.Select the desired text as described above.

2.On the Toolbar, select the Font section and click the arrow to the right of the editor_highlight_color_icon_no_color Highlight Color button.

3.In the palette that opens, select No Color.
