Command menu

The Command menu of MyOffice Spreadsheet contains menus corresponding to the main functions of the application:

File

Edit

Insert

Format

Table

Data

Tools

View

Share

Extensions

Help

Each of these menus contains sub-menus, the commands in which are grouped according to the principle of adjacency.

To quickly run a command, you can use:

Keyboard shortcuts which are specified next to the commands in the Command menu.

Quick Actions box.

Toolbar

The Toolbar contains tools for working with the content of the spreadsheet. You can change the way the Toolbar is displayed.

Range field

The range field displays the address or name of the selected cell/range of cells, as well as to create new names.

Formula bar

The formula bar is an editable line where you can enter, edit, and view data and formulas.

Workspace

The workspace is the active area of the worksheet within which user actions are performed. If needed, the borders of the workspace can be expanded.

Sheet tabs

The sheet tabs are designed to navigate through the sheets of a spreadsheet.

Sidebar

The Sidebar contains the following buttons:

side_panel_search Find and Replace: Open the Find and replace pane.

side_panel_function Insert Function: Open the Insert function pane.

side_panel_pivot_table Pivot Table: Open the Pivot table settings pane. The button is displayed if a user selects an element of the pivot table.

side_panel_macro Macros: Open the Macros pane. The button is displayed if the file contains at least one macro.

side_panel_defined_names Name Manager: Open the Name Manager.

side_panel_charts Chart: Open the chart settings pane.

smart_tables_panel_icon Table: Open the Table customization pane. The button is displayed if a table element or the entire table is selected in the document.

data_check_sidepanel All Validations: Open the pane for working with cells containing data validation.

side_panel_recovered_files Recovered Files: Open the document backups pane. The button is displayed if there is at least one unsaved copy.

side_panel_protection Manage Protection: Open the document content protection management pane.

If a document is open in the Cloud, the Sidebar displays avatars of reviewers who are working on that presentation at the same time as the current user.

Status bar

The Status bar displays the following elements:

Server connection status indicator which is displayed when a presentation that is stored in the Cloud is open in the application.

Document access permission level: Displayed if a presentation located in the Cloud is opened in the application and the user is not the author of this presentation.

Icon of the selected mode of formulas recalculation.

Automatic calculation values.

Tools to zoom in or out the current sheet.
