In MyOffice Spreadsheet, you can copy the formatting from a part of a document to another. The formatting copied can be applied to:

Once: To one fragment of the document.

Multiple times: To several document fragments in succession.

The formatting copied to the clipboard can also be used in MyOffice Text.

Formatting basics

Depending on the selected element, you can format:

Paragraph

The table below specifies how the formatting is copied and applied:

Copy and apply formatting

If you want to copy and apply formatting, use the following tools:

Command menu

Keyboard shortcuts

t_edit_copy_formatting Copy Formatting button on the Toolbar

To copy the formatting using the Command menu or a keyboard shortcut:

1.Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting from (see the Formatting basics section).

2.Copy the formatting using one of the following methods:

In the Edit menu, select Copy Formatting.

Press Ctrl+Shift+C.

3.To apply the formatting to one part of the document:

Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting to (see the Formatting basics section).

In the Edit menu, select Paste Formatting or press Ctrl+Shift+V.

4.To apply the formatting to multiple elements in the document, select these elements one by one and apply the formatting as described above.

To format one element of a document using the t_edit_copy_formatting Copy Formatting button:

1.Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting from (see the Formatting basics section).

2.On the Toolbar, select the Edit section and click t_edit_copy_formatting Copy Formatting.

3.Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting to (see the Formatting basics section).

To format multiple elements of a document using the t_edit_copy_formatting Copy Formatting button:

1.Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting from (see the Formatting basics section).

2.On the Toolbar, select the Edit section and double-click t_edit_copy_formatting Copy Formatting. The button will change to t_edit_multiple_copy_formatting.

3.Format the desired parts of the document one by one as described in the section above.

To exit the multiple elements formatting mode, follow these steps:

On the Toolbar, select the Edit section and select t_edit_multiple_copy_formatting . The button will change to t_edit_copy_formatting.

Press Esc.

Formatting history

The formatting copied to the clipboard history is saved and can be applied later.

To open the formatting history, follow these steps:

1.On the Toolbar, select the Edit section and click the arrow to the right of the t_edit_copy_formatting Copy Formatting button.

2.In the opened drop-down list, select the format you want. The most recent formatting is on the top of the list.

3.Select the part of the document you want to apply the formatting to as described in the section above.
