You can open the files you are working on in another applications directly from MyOffice Spreadsheet:

1.In the File menu, select Open With.

2.In the drop-down list, select the application you want to use.

If the Open With menu is not displayed or the drop-down list is empty, please contact your system administrator.

The file will be then closed in MyOffice Spreadsheet and opened in the selected application. If the file contains unsaved changes, MyOffice Spreadsheet will prompt you to save them before closing.
