MyOffice Spreadsheet allows you to export files to the following formats:

.pdf

.pdf/a-1

.csv

.tsv, .tab, .scsv

.txt

When exporting to the .pdf and .pdf/a-1 formats, all sheets of the source file will be included in the saved file.

When exporting files to .csv, .tsv, .tab, .scsv, and .txt formats:

Only the active sheet containing text data will be saved. No file formatting settings or images will be saved.

.csv, .tsv, .tab, and .scsv file formats use the semicolon (;) as the delimiter. Files in .txt format use the tabulation symbol (Tab) as the delimiter.

To export the file in .pdf or .pdf/A-1 format, proceed with the following:

1.Execute the Export To command in one of the following ways:

In the Command menu, select File > Export to.

On the Toolbar, select the File section and click the arrow to the right of the t_file_print Quick Print button. In the drop-down list, select Export to PDF.

2.In the file manager window, select the folder to where you want to export the document and specify the file name and format. Click Save.

To save the file as .csv, .tsv, .tab, and .scsv or .txt:

1.In the Command menu, select File > Export to.

2.In the file manager window, select the folder to where you want to export the document and specify the file name and format. Click Save.
