Sync

Contains links needed to synchronize the MyOffice Mail, MyOffice Calendar and MyOffice Contacts application with email clients on other devices, including mobile.

Import calendars

Contains tools for importing calendars from Exchange server to MyOffice Calendar application.

All calendars of the specified account are imported into MyOffice Calendar. The name DefaultCalendar is assigned to the main calendar by default. Additional calendars are created with names corresponding to those on the Exchange server. One account on the Exchange server can be imported into only one MyOffice Calendar account. After importing a calendar, when users create a new event in the calendar on the Exchange server the data will not be synchronized and the new event will not appear in MyOffice Calendar. To synchronize the data, repeat the calendar import procedure. Calendars in MyOffice Calendar to which a user has been granted access rights are not synchronized with calendars on the Exchange server. The resources specified in the event when created on the Exchange server are displayed in the Location field.

Imported calendars contain all events (both one-time and recurring) from day 1 of the current month + 1 year.

The following elements are not imported into MyOffice Calendar:

Events that repeat events from the user's calendars in the MyOffice Calendar application

Canceled events in which the user is a participant

Task calendars

To import calendars from the Exchange server, follow these steps:

1.Provide the following information:

Server: The name of the Exchange server

Email: Name of the mailbox

Password: The account password

2.Click Import.

Calendars are imported in the background. After each calendar is imported, the user receives an email with the name of the calendar and the number of events added to the MyOffice Calendar application. Each recurring event on the calendar counts as one event.

To return to the main page of MyOffice Mail, MyOffice Calendar or MyOffice Contacts click the button of the required application at the bottom of the Navigation bar:
