To save the settings after changing the settings, click the Save button at the bottom of the Calendar settings pane.

Set the buffer time

The buffer time (the break between events to which the user is invited) is displayed in the event Schedule as busy time. The break is added to the time of the event in the user's Schedule, while only the real time of the event is reflected in the calendar, without information that the user has set a buffer time for themselves.

To set a break between events, during which the user cannot be invited to the next event, do the following:

1.Select the set the interval check box.

buffer_time

2.Select an interval from the drop-down list.

3.Click the Save button at the bottom of the Calendar settings pane.
