User password can be modified by the user or by the system administrator. The function of changing the password by the user is configured by the system administrator.

Password change by user

When a user changes the password, the current user sessions on all devices and web browsers other than the one currently used to change the password will be terminated automatically.

To change the password, do the following:

1.On the Navigation bar, click the avatar (an element containing user initials or profile photo) and select Account. A new browser tab will open where you can define user profile settings.

2.On the user profile setting page, click the Settings tab and click Change Password. A page where the user can enter their own password will open on the screen.

3.Enter the old password in the Old Password field and then the new password in the New Password field. Repeat the password in the Confirm Password field and click Save.

The requirements for the password length, complexity (minimum number of digits, special characters, lowercase and uppercase letters), as well as the conditions for reusing the password are set by the system administrator. If the password does not meet the specified requirements, the corresponding error will appear.

As a result, the login credentials will change. On other devices and in other web browsers where user sessions have been started, a warning window will be displayed to log in again. Click the Log In warning window and enter new login credentials on the opened log in page.

Password change by administrator

When the system administrator changes the password, the current user sessions on all devices are automatically terminated. A window will be displayed warning you that you must log in again.

To continue, do the following:

1.Get a temporary password from the system administrator.

2.Click Log in in the warning window. The login page will open.

3.Log in again with the temporary password obtained from the system administrator. A page where the user can enter their own new permanent password will open on the screen.

4.Enter the new password in the New Password field. Repeat the password in the Confirm Password box and click Change.

The requirements for the password length, complexity (minimum number of digits, special characters, lowercase and uppercase letters), as well as the conditions for reusing the password are set by the system administrator. If the password does not meet the specified requirements, the corresponding error will appear.

As a result, the credentials will be changed, and the application selection page will be displayed.
