MyOffice Text allows you to copy the formatting from one part of the text and apply it to another.

You can copy the following formatting elements:

Font face

Font size

Font style (Bold, Underline, All Caps etc.)

Font color

Text highlight color

Paragraph settings.

 

To copy the formatting:

1.Select the text you want to copy the formatting of. Or place the pointer anywhere in the text or word you want to copy the formatting of. Click Edit > Copy formatting. The formatting will be copied to the clipboard. Select the text you want to apply the copied formatting to. Click Edit > Apply formatting.

2.Select the text you want to copy the formatting of. Or place the pointer anywhere on the text or word you want to copy the formatting of.
On the Toolbar, click the knpk_copy_format(Copy Formatting) button. The formatting will be copied to the clipboard and the pointer will change tocursor_format_copy.
Select the text you want to apply the copied formatting to.

If the pointer is between two fragments with different formatting styles before copying, the style of the fragment to the right of the cursor will be copied.

If a fragment containing several formatting styles is selected, the style of the first character in the selected fragment will be copied.
