To insert a bookmark into a document, follow these steps:
1.Place the cursor where you want to add a bookmark or select the element where you want to add it.
2.On the Insert tab, click
Bookmark. When working in macOS, you can also run the Insert > Bookmark command from the command menu.
3.In the Bookmarks window, specify the bookmark title. Do not use the existing bookmark titles.
4.Click
or press Enter. The bookmark will be added to the list. If necessary, you can undo or redo the actions of inserting a bookmark using standard methods.
5.Close the Bookmarks window. To do this, click Close or
in the window title.
