View information about an external source

Application: Spreadsheet Home Edition

To view information about the external data source for the current pivot table, follow these steps:

1.In the Pivot table settings pane, on the Options tab, hover over the name of the external source in the Data source box and click the side_panel_macro_more button that appears.

2.In the menu that appears, select the Show details command.

To view information about any external data source added to the current document, follow these steps:

1.Open the list of sources.

2.Find the desired source in the list and click Details in the row containing it.

In the External data source window that opens, you can view and edit information about the external data source.
