MyOffice Spreadsheet allows you to create formatting rules of the following types:
–Rules of the Regular highlighting type
–Rules of the Color scale type
The Regular highlighting rule applies the formatting specified when the rule was created to the cells for which the rule is applied.
The Color scale rule colors the cell with a color corresponding to the value in the cell on the color scale. A color scale is a gradient from the color specified for the lower threshold value to the color specified for the higher threshold value.
The Data bars rule adds a data bar to the cell, the length and direction of which depends on the value in the cell. The higher the value, the longer the bar.
The Icons rule adds an icon to the cell from the set selected when creating the rule. The appearance of the icon depends on the value in the cell.
There is no limit to the number of rules you can create. The most recently created rule has the highest priority over other rules on the sheet.
