How can we help you?

You can copy and paste the pivot table:

To the current sheet

To another sheet of the current document

To another document opened in MyOffice Spreadsheet.

The copied pivot table retains its structure, functionality, and formatting. The data source reference is saved if the pivot table is pasted into the current document.

Before copying, you need to refresh the pivot table and select the entire table.

To quickly select a pivot table, follow the steps below:

1.Select one or more cells in it.

2.Run the command to select the pivot table in one of the following ways:

On the Toolbar, in the Pivot Table section, click select_pivot_table Select Pivot Table.

Right-click to open the context menu and run the Select Pivot Table command.

To copy multiple pivot tables located on the same sheet, select the entire sheet. To do this, proceed with one of the following:

In the Edit menu, select Select All.

Press Ctrl+A or command Cmd+A.

You can copy and paste pivot tables using standard methods. When pasting, the pivot table should not overlap with cells to which filtering has been applied, with other pivot tables and tables.

If you paste the pivot table into another document, the reference to the data source is not retained. Due to this:

When the data source is changed, the pivot table is not updated.

When updating manually, the pivot table is updated, but the data from the source is not loaded.

After updating, viewing cell details and editing the structure may not be available if the pivot table was not updated or its structure was not changed before copying.

Working with external data sources is not supported for pivot tables. If you need to use an external source, create the pivot table again.
