MyOffice Presentation has the following screen elements:

Command menu

Control bar

Navigation bar

Workspace

The top of the window may contain a notification that there are updates to the application that have occurred in the past 14 calendar days. You can learn more about them by clicking the Release notes hyperlink on the notification (the release notes will open in a new web browser tab). The notification does not block work with the application and will be displayed for 14 calendar days from the date of system update until the user reads the changes or closes the notification by clicking the wind_close button on it.

Command menu

The Command menu has the following elements:

File: Contains the commands allowing to perform actions with files.

View: Contains the Slide show command.

Help: Use this button to display the help materials, a file with description of the new features of the application, a window with information on the version of the application, and the Send feedback hyperlink (displayed if an email client is connected). The button can indicate that updates became available within the last 14 days (knpk_help_ind). The indication will be displayed for 14 calendar days from the date of system update until the user views the information about the changes.

Send feedback

When clicking on Send feedback, a new tab will be opened in the browser containing the feedback form. Fill the Topic box and describe your issue in the Message box. Click Submit to send your feedback.

Control bar

The Control bar contains the following buttons and elements:

The menu (Applications menu) button: This button provides access to the menu where you can select the application that you want to use.

Current file name and extension.

The knpk_mark_file (Mark)/ but_important (Unmark) button to adds or deletes the opened file to/from the favorites. The file marked as favorite is duplicated in the Flagged folder in MyOffice Documents.

The Slide show button to launch the full-screen slide show.

The Share button to open the form where users can provide shared access to other users.

The knpk_help (Help) button: Click this button to get the additional information or send your feedback (displayed if an email client is connected). The button can indicate that updates became available within the last 14 days (knpk_help_ind). The indication will be displayed for 14 calendar days from the date of system update until the user views the information about the changes.

Navigation bar

The Navigation bar is located on the left side of the web browser window and contains thumbnails of slides included in the presentation with their numbers, which are assigned automatically by the application. The current slide displayed in the Workspace is highlighted. You can open or hide the Navigation bar in one of the following ways:

On the Command menu, select View > Slide thumbnails.

Click the but_hide / but_expand button to the right of the slide list scroll bar

You can move between the slides using the mouse wheel or using the scroll bar.

Workspace

The Workspace contains the slide selected in the Navigation bar.

The application has two operating mode:

Preview

Slide show

The presentation editing mode is under development and will be available later.
