Application: Mail Web version

When a new email arrives, the Inbox line of the Navigation bar displays a numeric marker with the number of new messages. The headers of unread emails are highlighted in bold in the workspace.

If the user has set up the appropriate filters, new mail may automatically arrive in other folders with the unread mark next to them.

To view an email, select it from the list of emails in the workspace. The active email will be displayed in the Reading pane and will be marked as read. The following main areas constitute the email interface:

1.The subject of the email, the block of information about the sender and recipients, the level of confidentiality, the date and time of sending the email. You can display or hide recipient information using the knpk_show_field/knpk_hide_field button to the right of the date and time of the email.

2.Email Toolbar

3.Attachment pane

4.The body of the message

5.A field for a quick response to an email
