To search for the specific email in the list of emails:
1.Open the folder in which you think the email you are looking for is located.
2.Click the button on the email list header in the Workspace. The search line will appear on the header.
3.Enter a search query (the sender's name, a word or phrase from the subject of the email).
4.Press the Enter key on the keyboard to confirm your entry.
5.To close the search line, click .
The search results will be displayed below the search line.
To refine your search criteria, click the , button to the right of the search button, and then additional fields will open to enter information. Enter the required criteria and click the Search button.
