Read receipt

To be sure that your email has been read by the addressee, send them a read confirmation receipt. To get a read confirmation receipt from the recipients of an email (provided that this functionality is supported by the recipients' mail systems), select the Reading confirmation check box at the bottom of the email composer. Upon receipt of the email, the addressee will see a corresponding notification.

When the addressee clicks the Send receipt button, the notification will be automatically closed, the sender will receive a confirmation reading confirmation email.

When the addressee clicks the Not now button, the notification will be temporarily hidden, but will be re-displayed on the screen every time you go to the message. The sender will not receive a confirmation email.

When the addressee clicks the Dismiss button, the notification will be automatically closed. The sender will not receive a confirmation email.
