The Resources section contains contacts of meeting rooms (meeting room groups) and is filled out by the administrator.

Book a meeting room

The meeting room can be booked while creating/editing the event or from the list of meeting rooms in the Resources section.

To book a meeting room in the Resources section:

1.Select the address book in the Resources section on the Navigation bar.

2.Select one or more resources from the list in the Workspace by left-clicking its avatar.

3.Click 1_1Book now on the Sidebar.

The new browser tab will display the MyOffice Calendar application. In the window where you can create a new event, the Schedule tab will display the resources selected in MyOffice Contacts.
