The service allows you to keep a to-do list for work and everyday life, receive reminders and track the progress of tasks.

Tasks are integrated into MyOffice Calendar and are synchronized between the MyOffice Mail, MyOffice Contacts, and MyOffice Calendar applications, as well as third-party applications synchronized with MyOffice software.

When you create a task or a task list, keep in mind the following requirements:

1.Task list name

Max length: 255 characters

Min length: 1 character

2. Task name

Max length: 255 characters

Min length: 1 character

3.Max description length: 500 characters

4.Max length in the Location field: 500 characters

5.No spaces allowed at the beginning and at the end of the string.

6.Max total attachment size: 10 MB

Taskbar

Click the24 Tasks button in MyOffice Calendar, MyOffice Mail or MyOffice Contacts application, a side Taskbar will open on the screen:

The Taskbar is visually divided into three sections.

The top section contains:

The current category of tasks in the lists (for example, for today, at work, everything). The required category can be selected by clicking К_открыть список to the right of the name of the current category.

New task, designed to quickly create a new task.

24-refresh_calend Update. To update the task lists located at the bottom of the section, click 24-refresh_calendUpdate.

The middle section contains:

Criteria for sorting tasks in lists. The tasks in the list are sorted using criteria that are task parameters. To sort tasks by a specific parameter, select the required criteria from the drop-down list by clicking К_открыть список in the line with the name of the criterion.

An indication of the task sorting in lists is an arrow to the right of the name of the sorting criterion. Tasks can be sorted by ascending (if the arrow next to the name is pointing up) or descending (if the arrow next to the name is pointing down) sorting criteria.

Task lists. A basic empty task list has been created for the user, which by default will include all created tasks, unless a different list is specified in their parameters. If necessary, you can create or add new task lists. On the Taskbar, the lists are displayed in the order they were created/added. To expand the selected task list, click knpk_next_change in the line with the name of the list. The task lists of other users to which access has been granted contain the indication list_shar to the right of the name.

The bottom section contains the Completed tasks list. To expand the selected task list, click knpk_next_change in the line with the name of the list.

To close the Sidebar containing the task list, clickknpk_del_close in the upper right corner of the section.

Task lists

By default, an automatically created task list is displayed on the task Sidebar. The name of the list corresponds to the user's email address.

The user can create any number of new task lists, as well as grant access to their lists to other users. If other users have granted access rights to their lists, then such lists are also displayed at the bottom of the Taskbar.

All task lists are displayed in the order they were created/added.

The task list allows you to complete the task completely (quickly move to the Completed tasks list) using the36 Marked as completed button located to the left of the task name. To cancel the task completion operation, click Cancel in the notification that pops up on the screen.

Create a new task list

1.Click2_2 More at the top of the Taskbar and select Create a new list.

2.In the window that opens, enter the name of the list and select the color that the list will be labeled with. Uncheck/check the box Receive notifications about tasks. If the check box is selected, notifications about changes in tasks made by any user who has access to the list will be sent to the mail.

3.Confirm the creation of the list by clicking Create in the upper right corner of the window. To cancel the list creation operation, click К_Назад_new in the upper-left corner of the window, or Cancel in the top line of the window.

The created list will be added to the Taskbar.

Change settings

To change the task list settings:

1.Hover the cursor over the selected list and click the displayed2_2 Actions with the list button.

2.In the menu that opens, select Change settings.

3.Make the necessary changes:

Enter a new name for the list. For users who have access to the list and/or the owner of the list, the name will not change.

Uncheck/check the box Receive notifications about tasks. The operation is only available for lists that have been granted access by other users.

Select a new list "p_xo_list_bullet" style="">Add or remove users who are granted access to your task list. You can only give access to your own list and only to internal users.

Click Revoke access (displayed only for lists that the user has been granted access to) or Delete the task list (displayed only for own user lists). Confirm or reject the operation in the dialog box that opens.

4.Confirm the changes by clicking the Save button in the upper right corner of the window. To cancel the operation of changing the list, click К_Назад_new in the upper-left corner of the window, or Cancel in the top line of the window.

The lists for which the user refused to receive notifications about tasks contain the indication 55 to the right of the name.

Revoke access

The operation of refusing access to the task list is only available for task lists that have been granted access by other users. The lists of tasks to which the user has been granted access contain the indication list_shar to the right of the name.

To refuse access to another user's task list:

1.Hover the cursor over the list you want to refuse access to and click2_2Actions with the list.

2.In the menu that opens, select Revoke access.

3.Confirm/reject the execution in the dialog box that opens.

The operation of refusing access to the task list is available in the List Settings change window.

Delete

The task list deletion operation is only available for the user's own task lists. If you delete the task list, all the tasks in the list will be permanently deleted for all users.

To delete a list, do the following:

1.Hover the cursor over the list you want to delete and click2_2 Actions with the list.

2.In the menu that opens, select Delete.

3.Confirm/reject the execution in the dialog box that opens.

The task list deletion operation is available in the List Settings Change window. When deleting all the task lists, the task creation button is blocked.

Create a task

1.Click the New task at the top of the Taskbar and enter the name of the task being created in the field that appears.

2.Select the task list in which the task will be created: Due Today, Upcoming, In progress, Overdue, All.

3.If necessary, set the priority of the task by clickingК_Приоритет Priority and selecting a value from the list: Low, Usual, High.

4.If necessary, set a task reminder by clickingК_Напомнить Reminder and specify the date and time. To delete a reminder, clickknpk_del_close to the right of the reminder time. To set additional notifications, click Set Reminder and specify the necessary data.

5.Confirm the creation of the task by pressing Enter on the keyboard or with but_create_task to the right of the task name. To cancel the task creation operation without saving data, click knpk_del_lat to the right of the task name.

The created task will be added to the list depending on the completed parameters in the status "To be executed". To change the status of a task, edit the task by specifying the necessary information in the additional parameters.

To create a task with additional parameters, do the following:

1.Use one of the following methods:

Click the New task at the top of the Taskbar and click the button that appears Details. The task parameters input panel will open on the Sidebar.

Hover the cursor over the name of the task list in which you want to create a new task and click add_task Add a task. The task parameters input panel will open on the Sidebar.

2.Enter the title of the task.

3.When creating a task in another user's task list, uncheck or check Receive notifications. If the check box is selected, notifications about changes to the task made by any user with access will be sent to the email.

The check box is displayed only when creating a task in the task lists of other users to whom access has been granted, or in their own lists to which other users have been granted access.

4.Enter the data in the Description field.

5.If the task has a certain completion time, click Add due dateAdd a due date and specify the date and time. To delete a task due date, clickknpk_del_close to the right of the due date.

6.Set a task reminder by clicking Set Reminder and specify the required date and time. To delete a reminder, clickknpk_del_close to the right of the reminder time.

7.If there are several task lists, select the required list in which the task will be created.

8.If necessary, set the priority of the task by selecting a value from the list.

9.Specify the necessary data in the Location line.

10.If necessary, add an attachment by clicking Attach file. Multiple files can be added as attachments. The total size of the attachments should not exceed 10 MB.

11.Confirm the creation of the task by clicking Create in the upper-right corner of the task parameters input panel. To interrupt the operation of entering additional parameters click К_Назад_new in the upper-left corner of the task parameters input panel. If you attach a file which is larger than allowed, a message will appear informing you that you cannot add the file and should upload it to the Cloud. To attach a file, click upload it to cloud and then on Attach in the new window that appears. The file will be attached to the task as a link. When you click this link, the document will open in a new tab.

The created task will be added to the list depending on the completed parameters in the status "To be executed". To change the status of a task, edit the task by specifying the necessary information in the additional parameters.

When you try to close the web browser or force a restart of the tab where the task creation panel is open, a system message appears about the presence of unsaved data.

To close the Sidebar containing the task being created, click knpk_del_close in the upper right corner of the pane.

View a task

To view a task, select it from the list by clicking on the name. A panel will open on the screen containing information about the task.

In the task view mode, the user can do the following:

1.Finish the task (quickly move to the Completed tasks list) using the36 Marked as completed to the left of the task name.

2.Add or remove a task reminder by clicking К_Колокольчик Reminders.

3.Switch to task editing mode by clicking К_Редактировать задачуEdit.

4.Set the task status by selecting a value from the list in the Condition line.

5.Delete a task by clicking Delete a task and confirming the operation in the window that opens.

To exit the task view mode and return to the task list, click К_Назад_new in the upper-left corner of the task parameters input panel.

To close the Sidebar containing the task list, clickknpk_del_close in the upper right corner of the pane.

Edit a task

To edit a task, hover the cursor over the task and clickК_Редактировать задачу Edit. A task will open in the Sidebar and the data will be available for editing.

Edit the necessary data and click Save. To exit the task editing mode without saving the changes made and return to the task list, click Cancel or К_Назад_new in the upper-left corner of the panel.

To close the Sidebar containing the task list, clickknpk_del_close in the upper right corner of the panel.

Delete a task

1.Select it from the list by clicking on the name.

2.Click the Delete a task at the bottom of the panel that opens.

3.Confirm the need for deletion in the dialog box that opens on the screen.

As a result of the operation, the task data will be deleted. To cancel the operation, click Cancel in the notification that pops up in the lower right corner.

To cancel the deletion operation, click К_Назад_new in the upper-left corner of the task view pane.

To close the Sidebar containing the task list, clickknpk_del_close in the upper right corner of the pane.
