Create a document

To create a new file in the current file storage:

1.Click the Add button on the Navigation bar. Or click with the right mouse button on an empty space in the Workspace.

2.In the opened menu, select the type of file that you want to create: Text, Spreadsheet, Presentation.

 

The newly created file will open for editing in a new browser tab and saved in the current folder of the file storage.

Create a folder

To create a new folder in "MyOffice Documents":

1.Click the Add button on the Navigation bar. Or click with the right mouse button on an empty space in the Workspace.

2.In the opened window, select Folder.

3.In the opened window, enter the name of the folder that you want to create in the Name box and click ОК.

The newly created folder will be displayed in the current folder of the file storage and in the Navigation bar. Use the knpk_tog_ob button to the left of the parent folder name to expand or collapse the folder structure in the Navigation bar.

When the folder is created:

The folder will be displayed in the Workspace.

The knpk_un_ac (Recent operations) button in the Navigation bar becomes active.

The recent operations list will display the information about the date when the folder was created and the information whether the operation was successful or unsuccessful.
