To copy files or folders:

On the Toolbar, click knpk_more (More) > knpk_create_copy (Create a Copy).

Right-click the name of the file or folder and click Create a Copy.

Move files of folders while keeping the Ctrl / Cmd buttons pressed. You can move files or folders within the file tree, in the left tree, to and from the left file tree.

 

Copy

To copy a file or a folder:

1.Select the file or folder by clicking its icon.

2.Use one of the copying methods.

3.In the dialog window that appears, select the folder to which you want to copy the selected document or folder. If you need to create a new folder to move the file or folder there, proceed as follows:

Select the folder where you want to create a new folder from the list and click the Create New Folder button in the bottom of the dialog window.

In the opened window, specify the name of the new folder and click OK. The newly created folder will be displayed as a sub-folder in the specified folder.

4.Click Save.

The file or folder will be saved in the specified location. The initial file will remain in its storage folder unchanged.

Copy multiple files or folders

You can copy multiple files or folders at once:

1.Select the files or folders that you want to copy by clicking their icons.

2.Use one of the copying methods.

3.In the dialog window that appears, select the folder to which you want to copy the selected document or folder. If you need to create a new folder to move the file or folder there, proceed as follows:

Select the folder where you want to create a new folder from the list and click the Create New Folder button in the bottom of the dialog window.

In the opened window, specify the name of the new folder and click OK. The newly created folder will be displayed as a sub-folder in the specified folder.

4.Click Save.

The file or folder will be saved in the specified location. The initial file will remain in its storage folder unchanged.

When the file or folder is copied:

They will be displayed in the Workspace.

The knpk_un_ac (Recent operations) button in the Navigation bar becomes active.

The recent operations list will display the information about the operation (successful or unsuccessful).
