To upload a file or folder to "MyOffice Documents" from an external source:

1.Click the Add button on the Navigation bar. Or click with the right mouse button on an empty space on the Workspace.

2.In the opened menu, select the Upload File or Upload Folder command.

3.In the opened standard system window, select the file or folder that you want to upload and click Open.

4.Depending on the type of file or folder that you are uploading, "MyOffice Documents" will:

Upload a file or folder to the current folder opened in the Workspace.

Display a dialog window to convert the file into the native format of MyOffice. To continue, select Convert for editing or Do not convert (read only). If needed, check or uncheck the Remember my choice option and click Upload.

When you upload a file in .tsv, .tab, .scsv, and .csv format (with delimiters), the conversion dialog box is not displayed. The file is converted after being uploaded, when you open the file for the first time.

5.You can pause or resume file uploading by clicking the pause@1x (Pause)/play_side (Restart) buttons next to the uploading operation status in the operation list on the Sidebar or in the window containing the detailed description of operations (see Recent operations list).

6.If an error occurs while you upload the file without conversion, the knpk_un_ac (Recent operations) button on the Navigation bar will have the respective indicator and an error message will be displayed. To upload the file once again, click the retry_side (Retry) button in the recent operations window on the Sidebar or in the window with the detailed description of the operation (see Recent operations list). To cancel the uploading of the file with errors, click the skip_side (Skip) button in the window containing the detailed description of operations.

7.If a conversion error occurs during file upload, the knpk_un_ac (Recent operations) button on the Navigation bar will have the respective indicator and a notification regarding the error will be displayed. To complete the operation, click the button or the notification, and select the operation in the recent operations window on the Sidebar or the window containing the detailed description of operations (see Recent operations list):

Upload without conversion: The uploaded file will be available for viewing only.

Skip (Skip all): Skip the uploading of file (files) with errors and upload all other files (in case of batch uploading).

8.If the folder where you want to upload the file contains a file with the same name,  the knpk_un_ac (Recent operations) button on the Navigation bar will have the respective indicator and a notification about the name conflict will be displayed. To finish the operation, click the button or the notification and select the operation in the recent operations window on the Sidebar or the window containing the detailed description of operations (see Recent operations list):

Replace (Replace all): Replace the existing file with the same name. This option is not available when copying a file into a folder with the View access right.

Keep both (Keep all): Save a file with a new name (which is assigned automatically by adding a number to the name, for example "New file (2)").

Skip (Skip all): Skip the uploading of the files with the same names and upload all other files (in case of batch uploading).

Converting files into the native format of MyOffice is needed in order to edit them. You can also convert files after the uploading.
Converting password-protected files is impossible. Delete the password and upload your files once again.

When a file or folder is uploaded:

They will be displayed in the Workspace.

The knpk_un_ac (Recent operations) button will be displayed on the Navigation bar.

The recent operations list will display the information about the operation (successful or unsuccessful).

If needed, you can display the contents of the folder that you want to upload by clicking the name of this operation on the list on the Sidebar.

The Internet Explorer browser does not support the Upload Folder command. This option is not displayed.
