Heading numbering

You can apply automatic sequential continuous multilevel numbering to headings in a document. In this version of the application, two heading numbering templates are available: Arabic numerals with a dot and Arabic numerals without a dot after the number.

Advantages of automatic heading numbering:

  • When you change levels, add or delete headings, their numbers are automatically recalculated.
  • Numbering can be enabled or disabled for all level headings or for selected level headings.
  • Numbering of headings is independent of the numbering of lists.
  • Numbering inherits the formatting of headings.

The interoperability of documents created in MyOffice Text and Word applications and containing numbered headings is supported. If the document was created in a third-party editor, the number of displayed preset heading styles increases from 5 to 9.
