Hide or display zero values

If necessary, you can hide values in cells containing “0” on the sheet. This feature greatly facilitates working with spreadsheets that contain a large number of zero values.

tip

Hidden zero values are not printed out.

To hide zero values on a sheet, follow these steps:

1. Right-click the sheet tab.
2. In the context menu of the sheet, select the Hide zero values checkbox.

To display previously hidden zero values on a sheet, follow these steps:

1. Right-click the sheet tab where the zero values are hidden.
2. In the context menu of the sheet, clear the Hide zero values checkbox.
