Delete a shape

To delete a shape, follow these steps:

1. Select the shape.
2. Delete it in one of the following ways:
   • On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click  Delete.
   • Right-click the selected shape and select Delete from the context menu.
   • Press Delete or Backspace.
