Customize element text formatting

The following chart elements have text formatting settings:

• Axis.
• Chart name.
• Axes names.
• Legend.
• Data labels (can only be configured together with all chart elements).

To customize the element text formatting, follow these steps:

1. Double left-click in the chart area to switch to the chart editing mode.
2. Left-click a chart element to select it.
3. On the Home tab, in the Font group, apply any available formatting settings.

You can customize the text formatting of all chart elements at once. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Select the chart.
2. On the Home tab, in the Font group, apply any available formatting settings.
