Switch slides

You can use the Control bar buttons, mouse and the arrow keys on your keyboard to switch slides.

To switch to the next slide, do one of the following:

  • On the Control bar, click control_panel_forward Forward.
  • Scroll the mouse wheel toward you.
  • On the keyboard, press Space, Enter, →, ↓ or Page Down.
  • Left-click the slide.
  • If the presentation is being shown in presenter view, left-click the next slide (the slide in the area to the right).

To switch to the previous slide, do one of the following:

  • On the Control bar, click control_panel_back Back.
  • Scroll the mouse wheel outward.
  • On the keyboard, press Backspace, ←, ↑ or Page Up.
tip

When navigating between slides, hidden slides are skipped. But if the transition to a hidden slide is carried out via a link, it opens.
