Feedback

If you would like to share your feedback, on the Sidebar, click  Feedback and complete the Survey on working with MyOffice Documents Desktop office editors. The survey page opens in the browser that is used by default in the operating system. In the last box of the survey, you can leave your ideas and suggestions for improving the editors.

If you want to leave a feedback, request or report a problem while working with MyOffice software, on the Sidebar, click  Feedback.

In the Feedback window, rate on a five-point scale how much you agree with the following statements:

• The editors capabilities meet my requirements.
• The editors are easy to use.
• The editors are running stable.

In the input box, leave feedback, describe a problem or request.

If you would like to get a response from the support team by email, please select the appropriate checkbox. In the input box that appears, enter your email address.

Click Submit.
