Specify the recipient
In the to field, specify the recipients of the message (one or more). You can select a recipient from your the List of contacts or, if they are not in the list, enter their email address manually.
To specify a recipient, do the following:
- Start entering the recipient's name or email address in the to field, and a list of your contacts will open, which contains the entered character sequence. Select a recipient from the list or continue typing. The list of contacts will be updated according to the characters you entered. After selecting a contact from the list, a block with the recipient's name will appear in the to field.
- If the recipient is not in the List of contacts, enter the full email address in the to field. After entering the address, press
EnterorSpaceon the keyboard, or go to another field. A block with the recipient's email address will appear in the to field.
You can also paste into the to field a list of addresses that were copied to the clipboard when viewing an email, event, or contact group.
If the Automatically save new contacts after sending them messages setting is enabled when sending emails, after sending an email to a recipient whose address is not in the List of contacts, the recipient will be automatically added to the Personal address book.
Edit recipients
To edit a manually entered email address, double-click on it with the left mouse button.
To delete an address, click the button on the block.
Addresses can be dragged with the mouse within the field to change their order, as well as dragged with the mouse into and out of the fields CC and BCC.
