Reading pane

The Reading pane displays the following:

• The content of the email selected in the List of emails
• The button for opening the Taskbar

The main areas of the email that are open to Reading pane:

• Subject of the email
• Information block
• Email Toolbar
• Attachment pane
• Body of the email
• Field for quick response on the email

Information block

In the information block, data about the sender and recipients is displayed, as well as the level of confidentiality (if it was specified by the sender), the date and time the email was sent.

By clicking on the sender's or recipient's name, can view additional information about them.

The or button to the right of the date and time of the email allow to either display or hide information about the recipients.

The button in the fields to, cc, bcc allows copy to clipboard the recipient email addresses.

Email Toolbar

The Toolbar of the email contains the following buttons:

• Reply: Create response to the email addressed to its sender.
• Reply to all: Create response to the email addressed to all correspondents.
• Forward: Forward the email.
• : Open the email in a new browser tab.
• : Delete the email.
• : Assign tags to the email.
• : Open an additional menu with commands:
  • Forward as attachment: Forward the email as an attachment to another email.
  • Print: Print the email.
  • Create filter: Create a filter based on the email.
  • Download as eml: Download the email as an EML format file.
  • Create event: Create an event from the email.
  • View message headers: Show email headers.
