Settings for reading, opening, and displaying messages.

• View attachments inline checkbox.
• Automatically mark messages as read checkbox: mark messages as read: mark messages Immediately on display or Immediately on display for N seconds.
• Open messages in checkbox: A new tab, A new message window, An existing message window.
• Close message window/tab on move or delete checkbox.
