Reminders

When a Reminder is Due​

  • Play a sound checkbox: enable the notification sound.
  • Play button: play the selected alarm sound.
  • Use default sound checkbox: Use the default notification sound.
  • Use the following sound file switch and the Browse button: enable and select a notification sound file on the computer.
  • Show the reminder dialog (X) checkbox: enable the display of the alert window on the screen.
  • Show missed reminders for writable calendars checkbox.

Reminder Defaults​

  • Default Snooze Length list: customize the delay for displaying deferred alerts in minutes.
  • Default reminder setting for events list: enable event alerts.
  • Default reminder setting for tasks list: enable task alerts.
  • Default time a reminder is set before an event options: customize the time when the event notification appears.
  • Default time a reminder is set before a task options: customize the time when the task notification appears.
