Copies and Folders

When sending messages, automatically​

  • Place a copy in checkbox: move copies of the message to the selected folder.
  • Place replies in the folder of the message being replied to checkbox: saves replies in the original mail folder.
  • Cc these email addresses checkbox: send copies of the message to the entered addresses.
  • Bcc these email addresses checkbox: send hidden copies of the message to the entered addresses.

Message Archives​

  • Keep message archives in checkbox: save archived messages to the selected folder.
  • Archive options button: customize the message archiving settings.

Drafts and Templates​

  • Keep draft messages in options: save draft messages to the selected folder.
  • Keep message templates in options: save message templates to the selected folder.
  • Show confirmation dialog when messages are saved checkbox.
